Dividend policy

The primary objective of the Board is to preserve growth capital in order to fund and accelerate the continuing expansion and development of the Group’s business and to pursue future acquisitions and further investments. Accordingly, it is not expected that the Company will declare a dividend in the near term. The payment of dividends will only be recommended by the Board at such time as it considers it commercially prudent to do so, having regard to the availability of distributable profits and the funds required to finance the continuing working capital requirements and future growth of the Group.
